Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service •Monitor, analyse, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to changed to meet customer needs •Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design effective and appropriate sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service for the target market Qualification: Graduate/Master in Micro Biology and MBA Marketing Experience: Maximum 4 to 5Years in Fertilizer field Salary: 50-70K + Other Benefits + inclusive of car allowance, exceptions can be made based on profile.
