Looking for “Executive Coordinator” (Lahore Based)
Candidate will be acting as liaison between the Senior Management, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions, assignments and following up on the status of assignments. Will schedule meetings, read and screen incoming correspondence and different reports, organize documents on the basis of priority, receive and screen incoming calls and visitors. Closely working with “Executive Secretary”. Must have 3-5 years’ experience in same capacity with leading organization Qualification: Bachelors preferably master’s with strong communication skill.
